Crawford®’s Premier Property Services utilizes direct management oversight with every claim to identify the level of complexity and put it in the right hands with the right level of expertise right from the start. It’s a critical first step service we provide for handling large complex personal lines claims and mid-size to large commercial losses, including industry groups from Agriculture to Construction, Engineering to Mining, Power and Energy to Retail.

Premier Adjusters

Services Include

  • Premier Mailbox enables an escalated loss assignment, adjustment, and management process
  • Commercial triage team provides contact for critical assignments, and communication with general adjusters for immediate response
  • Designated client quality management and adherence to standards
  • Management and Adjusters have advanced specialty training and heightened credentialing requirements with expertise in coverage evaluation and application
  • Onsite Report – Prepared and sent by the adjuster from the loss information and photos to follow best practices and establish course of handling
  • Complete file management and online access, performance management criteria, and stewardship reporting customized to client specifications

Highly Credentialed Adjusters

Premier Adjusters must demonstrate proficiency in a number of key areas. Nominees for this specialized team are chosen based on a selection of the following criteria:

  • Ample (20 files or more) experience with large or complex losses
  • Service as a lead on a program or lead/assist file providing direction to the assist
  • Compliance with Crawford reporting service standards
  • Internal quality audit scores of 92 or above
  • At least five years of claims adjusting experience
  • Completion of PTC I and II
  • AIC designation from the Institute or completed AIC 35  or 41 and/or plan to complete
